Why I Created Boundless™
I created Boundless™ because I know what it feels like to appear calm on the outside while carrying too much on the inside.
In 2020, I was leading, growing a business, and showing up well in every room I entered. But internally, I was anxious, emotionally drained, and constantly operating with urgency. I replayed conversations at night, over-explained to feel understood, and could feel the stress in my body.
What I needed was not more strategy.
I needed a different way to lead.
Boundless™ was born from that realization.
Now, I bring together decades of leadership experience, emotional regulation work, and lived practice to support women—particularly women of color—who are carrying significant responsibility and want to lead with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Q: Can I really experience transformation in just 3 months?
Yes—when it’s nervous-system based and live-coached. You’ll begin regulating your body’s stress responses within weeks. Relief comes first. Mastery deepens with time and practice, which is why many stay longer.
Q: Is this therapy?
No. Boundless™ is a coaching and community experience. We focus on embodied leadership, emotional regulation, and practical tools—not clinical diagnosis or treatment.
Q: What if I miss a session?
All live coaching and masterclasses are recorded and available in the community portal library. You’ll never fall behind.
Q: Do I get 1:1 coaching with Nika?
This is primarily a group coaching model. However, individualized coaching may occur live during sessions. Additional private coaching options can be made available to members.
Q: Are investment plans available?
Absolutely. Relief shouldn’t wait for perfect finances. Monthly installments are offered at no additional fee.
Q: What if I don’t feel “burned out enough” to join?
Boundless™ isn’t only for those in crisis. It’s for women who want to lead with more ease, emotional maturity, and grounded power before crisis arrives.
Q: What happens after my time ends?
You’ll have the option to continue into the extended 3- or 6-month pathway. If you choose to exit, you keep access to your downloads and tools—just not the live coaching or community.
Q: How much time will Boundless require?
Expect ~2–5 hours/month for sessions, practice and integration, and community building. This is deep work, designed to support your life — not overwhelm it.
Q: Will this be offered again in the future?
Boundless™ membership is evergreen, with ongoing enrollment, and occasionally, strategically timed, curated launch campaigns featuring special offers. We reserve the right to increase membership pricing during future launches. For those who signed up under this current pricing model, your fee is locked in and will remain unchanged during your membership period.
Q: Are any sessions in person?
All current sessions are virtual to ensure accessibility and ease. Future retreats and in-person experiences may be introduced.
Q: I’m an entrepreneur. Is this for me?
