Boundless® Immersive begins Thursday evening with an intimate opening reception, private screening of Ninety-Two: The Silent Revolt No One Saw Coming, and reflective talkback. We encourage participants to attend the opening evening because it establishes the emotional and relational foundation for Friday.
On Friday, participants enter the full-day Boundless® Immersive—an intentionally curated journey of emotional regulation, reflective learning, honest conversation, restoration and community.

A Personal Note From Dr. Nika White
For a long time, I believed the deepest transformation required longer commitments, more touchpoints and extended spaces for growth.
Then I kept hearing the same thing from women: “I want support. I just do not have the capacity for another ongoing commitment right now.”
The women drawn to Boundless® are not lacking ambition, intelligence or discipline. Is Boundless® a one-day or two-day experience?
The heart of Boundless® is a full-day immersive on Friday, October 2. The experience begins Thursday evening, October 1, with an included opening reception, private film screening and reflective talkback. Your registration includes both experiences. We encourage participants to attend the opening evening because it establishes the emotional and relational foundation for Friday’s immersive.
What is included in the registration fee?

Who was Boundless® created for?
Boundless® was created for high-capacity Women of Color who carry significant leadership, caregiving or emotional responsibility and want a more sustainable way to lead and live. Participants may include executives, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, educators, nonprofit leaders, corporate professionals, consultants, creatives, caregivers and women navigating personal or professional transition. You do not have to be experiencing burnout or crisis to benefit.
Can my employer support my attendance?
Yes. Because Boundless® has a professional-development focus, your employer may be willing to cover all or part of your registration through leadership development, professional learning, employee well-being or ERG funding. Is Boundless® therapy?
No. Boundless® is a leadership renewal and well-being experience that includes educational and guided emotional-regulation practices. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis care. Participants should continue working with their own licensed providers for individualized mental-health support.
I'm traveling from out of town. Where should I stay?

What is the cancellation or transfer policy?
Because Boundless® is an intentionally curated experience with limited seating and extensive advance planning, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost by notifying the Boundless® team in writing no later than 14 days before the event. After that deadline, registrations cannot be transferred or deferred.
