The Boundless Origin Story
I built Boundless because I needed it, too.
For years, I’ve worked in rooms where Women of Color — especially Black women — were either missing altogether or present but unseen, unheard, and unsupported. I’ve coached leaders, guided executives, and advised organizations at the highest levels, yet I also know what it feels like to navigate a system that was never built for us.
The data tells the story we’ve been living for decades: Women of Color hold just 7% of C-suite positions, compared to 22% held by White women — despite making up a significant portion of the workforce. Black women face what researchers call the “broken rung” early in their careers: for every 100 men promoted to manager, only 58 Black women make that step, even though we ask for advancement just as often. Nearly half of Black women say their race makes it harder to get ahead, and we’re still earning only 69 cents for every dollar a White man earns.
These inequities are not just professional — they’re deeply personal. Black women are more likely to experience burnout due to the compounded pressures of racism, sexism, and relentless expectations of resilience. And in areas like maternal health, the disparities are devastating — more than 50% of postpartum depression among Black women goes unreported, and we’re twice as likely to experience maternal mental health challenges compared to White women.
Boundless was born from both frustration and hope — frustration at a world that continues to undervalue our leadership, and hope for what we can create when we decide to rise together. I knew we needed more than a network. We needed a movement — a place where we can sharpen our skills, strengthen our voices, and fortify our spirits alongside other women who understand the journey intimately.
Boundless is where I pour everything I’ve learned from decades of leadership strategy, cultural transformation, and emotional regulation work — but it’s also where I come to be poured into. I’m not just the curator. I’m a sister in this space, committed to dismantling barriers for us all, because I know the freedom we gain here ripples far beyond our careers.
The mission is clear: to give Women of Color the tools, strategies, and sisterhood to rise without limits, lead without apology, and claim the power that’s always been ours. Because when they try to bind us… we become Boundless.

Q: What if I can’t attend a live session?
No worries. All sessions are recorded and available in your member portal for replay.
Q: What are the dates of the live sessions?
Tentative live session dates are located here in the checkout portal and occur every two to four weeks, typically weekday evenings.
Q: How much time will Boundless require?
Expect ~2–3 hours/month for sessions, practice, and integration, and community building. This is deep work, designed to support your life — not overwhelm it.
Q: Can I share this with a friend or colleague?
Please do! In fact, if they register and credit you as the one who referred them in the intake form on the checkout portal, you’ll receive $100 through our Boundless Ambassador Program. (You will receive more details in your confirmation email after securing your spot in the checkout portal).
Q: Will this be offered again in the future?
Boundless membership is evergreen with ongoing enrollment, along with occassional strategically times, curated launch campaigns with special offers. However, this initial launch is the only opportunity to be a part of the Founding cohort whereby exclusive early access pricing, founding member recognition, input into the experience design, and other special benefits are available as outlined here for those committing to the Boundless Premier level. It's important to note that during this initial enrollment period, introductory pricing has been assigned. We reserve the right to increase membership pricing during future launches. For those who signed up under this current pricing model, your fee is locked in and will remain unchanged during your first 12-month membership.
Q: Are any sessions in person?
All current sessions are virtual to ensure accessibility and ease. Future retreats and in-person experiences may be introduced.
Q: I’m an entrepreneur. Is this for me?
Yes. Whether you lead teams, clients, or just yourself — Boundless is for women leading in any space where your presence matters.
Q: Is there an age requirement?
There’s no age limit. If you identify as a Woman of Color, are over 18, and desire growth, regulation, and belonging — you’re welcome.
Q: I’m early in my career. Is this only for seasoned professionals?
Not at all. Boundless meets you where you are. Whether you're charting your first path or reclaiming yourself after decades in the field — this space is for you.
Q: Can I change my membership tier?
If you are paying monthly, you can change your membership tier. If you opted to take advantage of the discount by paying in full for an annual membership, contact Dr. Nika White to discuss options. Please note that we do not issue refunds for annual membership payments, but you can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time.
