Boundless® Immersive is not designed to hype you up for a few days and send you back into the same patterns. This is a guided, restorative leadership experience created to help high-capacity Women of Color pause, process what they have been carrying, and return with practical tools for greater clarity, regulation, and capacity.
You will leave with:
Greater clarity about what you have normalized and what it is costing you
Practical grounding and emotional-regulation practices
Language for naming invisible labor, overfunctioning and survival patterns
A clearer understanding of what you are releasing and reclaiming

A Personal Note From Dr. Nika White
For a long time, I believed the deepest transformation required longer commitments, more touchpoints, and extended spaces for growth.
And while I still believe transformation takes intention and practice, I also had to honestly acknowledge something I kept hearing from women over and over again:
“I want support. I just don’t know if I have the capacity for another ongoing commitment right now.”
That stayed with me.
Because the women drawn to Boundless® are not lacking ambition, intelligence, discipline, or desire for growth. Many are extraordinarily capable. They are leaders, caregivers, visionaries, entrepreneurs, executives, advocates, mothers, partners, and supporters of everyone around them.
But many are also tired.
Not just physically tired...
Emotionally tired.
Mentally overloaded.
Constantly carrying.
Functioning in survival patterns that have become normalized.
I began realizing that what many women need right now is not necessarily another long-term program to manage. They need intentional space to pause, regulate, reconnect with themselves, and receive support in ways that feel sustainable and real.
That realization is what led to the creation of the Boundless® Immersive.
This experience was designed to offer women something many have not had in a very long time:
space to exhale without guilt.
Not performance.
Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Just intentional support, honest reflection, practical tools, emotional regulation, meaningful connection, and room to reconnect with yourself underneath everything you’ve been carrying.
I am deeply honored to create this space and look forward to welcoming the sisters who are meant to be part of this experience.

What is included in the registration fee?
The full experience on Thursday & Friday is included with your registration fee.
What is the cancellation or transfer policy?
Because Boundless® Immersive is an intentionally curated experience with limited seating and extensive advance planning, all registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost by notifying the Boundless® team in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event. The new participant must complete any required registration information before the transfer is finalized.
After the transfer deadline, registrations cannot be transferred or deferred to a future Boundless® experience.

Boundless® Immersive was created for high-capacity women of color who are accustomed to carrying significant responsibility while quietly neglecting themselves in the process.
Whether you're leading an organization, building a business, caring for a family, serving your community, or navigating a season of personal or professional transition, Boundless was designed for women who have spent so much time showing up for others that they've begun to lose connection with themselves.
